Jimmy LeMert

Originally from Seattle Washington moved to Sarasota Florida leaving the long, gray and rainy winters behind I am excited to be in the Real Estate business of sunny Sarasota.

After 31 years of owning a high-end Outdoor company I understand the hard work, deadlines and the necessity of loyalty, discretion and confidentiality in all client relationships. As a Real Estate professional I will listen to the client's buying and selling needs to negotiate the best deal on their behalf as it is most likely one of the largest financial decisions my clients will make in their lifetime.

During all transactions I will work exclusively for the client keeping in constant communication throughout the entire process. Whether the transaction is a first-time event, a vacation or investment property, my goal is to make the process smooth, successful and fun.

Jimmy is an active member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and has his designation with At Home with Diversity. Jimmy is proud of the powerful tools available for his clients provided by CENTURY 21, a company with offices in over 80 countries. His brokerage, CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises has 10 offices with over 400 agents within Sarasota, Manatee and Hillsborough county, and is the #1 CENTURY 21 in Florida having been named Tampa Bay's Top Workplace by Tampa Bay Times since 2010. Jimmy loves the buzz of working in the downtown Sarasota office.

Jimmy spends non-working time with his family, his Belgian sheepdog Axel, and his love for growing tropical fruit trees being an active member of the Sarasota Tropical Fruit Society. He is also a Certified Master Fly Casting Instructor with Fly Fishers International and teaches around the world.
